About the Diversity Charter

The Diversity Charter is a commitment signed by employers who decide to introduce a non-discrimination policy in the workplace and take action to create and promote diversity. Signatories express their willingness to engage all employees, as well as business and social partners, in these activities. The Charter is implemented under the patronage of the European Commission and operates in 26 EU countries, including Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Sweden, and Poland.

In Poland, the Diversity Charter has been in operation since 2012. So far, it has been signed by 365 companies, joining a group of over 20,000 organizations from across Europe that actively combat discrimination and bullying by creating friendly and inclusive workplaces. Companies signing the Charter report on social actions taken and promote diversity management among their business partners. Signing the Diversity Charter is voluntary and requires contacting the Responsible Business Forum and completing a special questionnaire.
