Ten Square Games S.A. has been recognized as one of the most advanced employers in Poland in the area of diversity management and building an inclusive workplace culture. The company participated in the Diversity IN Check survey for the first time and was immediately ranked among the 75 organizations selected in 2025 for this prestigious group. The results were announced at a gala held in Warsaw on May 27, 2025, marking the close of the survey’s fifth edition.
“- Diversity is part of our DNA, and every day we strive to remind our employees that their knowledge and experience are what matter most – regardless of age, gender, background, or beliefs. Diversity is a tremendous strength that allows us to grow as an organization, better understand our players’ needs, and respond to them more effectively,” says Magdalena Jurewicz, Management Board Member and CFO of Ten Square Games.
Diversity IN Check is a research-based tool used to assess an organization’s maturity in managing diversity and fostering an inclusive work environment. The process is conducted in cooperation with research agency PBS and is based on international standards such as the SDGs, ISO 26000, GRI Standards, OECD Guidelines, and the recommendations of an independent Council of Experts. All survey responses undergo verification.
For Ten Square Games, participation in Diversity IN Check is part of fulfilling its commitment as a signatory of the Diversity Charter – an initiative under the patronage of the European Commission, currently active in 26 EU countries. The Charter has been operating in Poland since 2012. TSG joined in August 2024, becoming part of a community of over 20,000 organizations across Europe that actively work to combat discrimination and workplace bullying by creating friendly and inclusive work environments.
At Ten Square Games, openness, respect, and diversity are not just declarations – they are values deeply embedded in the company’s daily operations and long-term strategy. These principles are also reflected in the ESG strategy adopted in 2024, where the social pillar focuses on fostering an inclusive work environment, supporting employee development, and building strong relationships – both within the team and among the gaming community.
In the area of social and employee-related matters, the key strategic goals of the TSG Group include:
• creating an inclusive and friendly workplace
• eliminating pay inequalities
• supporting employee development
• promoting healthy relationships with and among players.
