Shares of Ten Square Games, one of the biggest state producers and publishers of mobile and browser games, known for its smash hits Let’s Fish and Fishing Clash, debuted on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. The company conducted its Public Offering worth PLN94 million in total. The share price on the debut was PLN52,2 which means it increased by 13,5% compared to the Public Offering price.

7,275.000 of series A shares were traded in the WSE. The company conducted its Public Offering in April in which the existing shareholders sold in total 2,043.750 shares to retail and institutional investors which constitute about 28% of Ten Square Game’s capital. The announced share price was PLN46 for one share and the value of the offer reached over PLN94 million. Haiton Bank was the Offeror and CC Group was the financial advisor. InnerValue relations agency was responsible for the communication with the Offer.
