On August 14, 2019 the new Terms of Services for companies in the Ten Square Games group shall come into force.

The changes will introduce uniform terms of providing services for all Users of our games. The existing terms for the provision of services for individual games shall be replaced by one comprehensive version of Terms of Services.

Users who have an Account (i.e. registered players), are entitled to terminate the provision of services agreement, if they do not accept the new Terms of Services.

The notice of termination may be submitted until the provisions of the new Terms of Services come into force, i.e. until 14 August 2019, by sending a message via the communication channels available in games of the Ten Square Games group or via the “support” tab on tensquaregames.com.

At the same time, we would like to inform all concerned of the introduction of the Privacy and Cookie Policy of companies in the Ten Square Games group on August 14, 2019. This Privacy Policy shall not change the current rules governing the processing of Users’ personal information by companies in the Ten Square Games group. The purpose of the new Privacy Policy is to better inform Users about the principles of processing personal data, while the Cookie Policy outlines the types of cookies used and how they are managed.

ZMIANY W REGULAMINACH SPÓŁEK Z GRUPY TEN SQUARE GAMES

Z dniem 14 sierpnia 2019 roku wchodzi w życie nowy Regulamin świadczenia usług przez spółki z grupy Ten Square Games.

Zmiany wprowadzają ujednolicenie zasad świadczenia usług dla wszystkich Użytkowników naszych gier. Obowiązujące dotychczas Regulaminy świadczenia usług dla poszczególnych gier zastępuje jeden, kompleksowy Regulamin.

Użytkownikowi, który posiada Konto (jest zarejestrowanym graczem), przysługuje prawo do wypowiedzenia umowy o świadczenie usług w przypadku braku akceptacji nowego Regulaminu.

Oświadczenie o wypowiedzeniu umowy można złożyć do czasu wejścia w życie postanowień nowego Regulaminu tj. do dnia 14 sierpnia 2019 roku, wysyłając wiadomość z dostępnych kanałów komunikacyjnych w grach grupy Ten Square Games lub poprzez zakładkę support na stronie tensquaregames.com.

Informujemy także o wprowadzeniu – także z dniem 14 sierpnia 2019 roku – Polityki prywatności i Polityki cookie spółek z grupy Ten Square Games. Polityka prywatności nie zmienia obecnie obowiązujących zasad przetwarzania danych osobowych Użytkowników przez spółki z grupy Ten Square Games. Celem nowej Polityki prywatności jest pełniejsze poinformowanie Użytkowników o zasadach przetwarzania danych osobowych, natomiast Polityka cookie wyjaśnia rodzaje stosowanych plików cookie i sposoby zarządzania nimi.
