(the “Company”) announces the resolutions adopted by the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company (the “EGM”) convened for December 19, 2023. At the same time, the Company’s Management Board informs that the documents voted on by the EGM were published in Current report No. 27/2023 dated November 20, 2023 and 28/2023 dated November 28, 2023, and were posted on the website: https://tensquaregames.com/, in the section: “Investors / Corporate Governance / General Meetings”. The content of these documents has not changed.
