Rafał Olesiński has extensive consulting experience, which he gained while working for Rodl&Partner and PwC, and has been establishing an independent consulting company since 2005. Currently, he is the Managing Partner and Partner of Olesiński i Wspólnicy Sp. k. and a shareholder of other entities providing consulting services, including Saurus Grow Sp. z o.o. and indirectly, among others, in O&W Analytics Sp. z o.o, GałkaOlesiński Business Support Sp. z o.o. Rafał Olesiński has a legal background. He graduated from the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economy of the European Union at the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics of the University of Wrocław. Moreover, he is a graduate of the Teacher’s College of Foreign Languages in Wrocław. In 2003 Rafał Olesiński completed his legal training and is registered with the District Bar Council in Wrocław. Rafał Olesiński is a member of the Supervisory Board of IZOBLOK SA, Chorzów, and IZOBLOK GmbH, Ohrdruf, Germany. He is active in the Open Eyes Economy value-based economy movement. He is a lecturer at the University of Economics in Wrocław.Rafał Olesiński does not meet the independence criteria specified in the Act on Statutory Auditors, Audit Firms and Public Supervision of 11 May 2017 and does not meet the requirements indicated in the Best Practices of WSE Listed Companies.

Wiktor Schmidt is the Executive Chairman of Netguru, the digital consultancy he co-founded in 2008. Under his leadership as CEO (2008 – 2019), Netguru has become one of the fastest growing companies in the EU.As the Executive Chairman, Wiktor Schmidt is responsible for the company’s external presence, co-running key initiatives such as supporting diversity in the company, developing Netguru’s social footprint and implementing sustainable growth strategies. He believes in workplace transparency, diversity, and equality. Netguru’s culture is a natural realisation of his drive to build a workplace in which he would personally like to work. In 2019 Netguru was welcomed as part of the United Nations Global Compact, committed to achieve SDGs 3, 5, 10 and 13. His efforts led Netguru to become a Certified B Corporation in 2020. As a member of the Mission Covid-19 initiative Wiktor Schmidt offers free leadership support to local organizations and movements.Wiktor Schmidt is a technology enthusiast, investor, and an avid relationship builder. He’s a member of YPO, where he actively supports the community as a Technology Network Board Member, Regional Board Member, Chapter Board Member for YPO Poland, YPO Europe One and YPO Global One Event Champion. Arkadiusz Pernal is the co-founder and long-time Chief Operating Officer of Ten Square Games. He served as Vice President of the Management Board of the Company in the years 2011-2020. He remains one of the key shareholders of Ten Square Games. He was co-responsible for, among others, operational aspects of running the Company, finances, administration and marketing. Earlier, in the years 2006-2011, he was associated with the Nasza Klasa social network, where he was a member of the Management Board, from 2009 serving as the President of the Management Board. Marcin Biłos has extensive experience in the field of finance, gained among others in PricewaterhouseCoopers, Dreamlab Sp. z o.o. and Nasza Klasa Group, and since 2015 he has been working for Osadkowski S.A. as a Consultant and Financial Director.Marcin Biłos has a university degree, graduated from the University of Economics in Katowice, specialization: Banking and Finance. Maciej Marszałek has almost 20 years of experience in marketing and ecommerce, mainly in the banking and insurance industry. He was responsible for the creation and development of online sales channels in institutions such as Bank Millennium, Link4, and recently as Chief Digital and Data Officer at AXA in over 20 markets in Europe, South America, Africa and the Middle East. Currently Partner and CEO at The Heart - a corporate startup incubator. Maciej Marszałek has unversity education: in 2010 he graduated from Leon Koźmiński Academy in Warsaw with Master's degree in Management and Marketing, specialization: Psychology in Business and Finance. In addition, he completed International Management at SKEMA Business School, Universite Cote D'Azur in France. Kinga Stanisławska has nearly 20 years of experience in investments and finance. She is founder of Experior VC, investing in scale ups and growth, pure software with strong ML/AI in SaaS, including software deep tech, ecommerce, big data driven companies across all verticals.Kinga Stanisławska sits on the boards of Tylko, Cosmose and Tourmedica. She is Vice President of the Polish PE/VC Funds Association (PSIK). Kinga is advisor to European Innovation Council. She is named one of the TOP 50 of Europe’s most influential women in the start-up and venture capital space by EU Startups and top 50 women in tech in Europe by Forbes. She is active in supporting women-led companies as mentor and investor.
