This was the idea of Ten Square Games founders back in 2011. The second part of this motto still remains relevant today when we are one of Poland’s leading mobile game producers and publishers.
Driven by talent, passion for new technologies and hard work, we have developed from a 3-person project in a 10-square-metre room back in 2011 in the country’s leading university city and innovation hub Wrocław into a company with 320 team members on board and more than 21 million active players worldwide. Since going public in May 2018, we have been listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange (WSE: TEN). Today, we are a Top 3 quoted Polish gamedev company.
The answer is simple. Our business is about joy. We create a lot of joy for our customers. And we have a lot of joy ourselves while doing that. All day and every day, we produce joy and entertaining mobile games. And all our games are free-to-play. We specialize in hobby games for those who seek outdoor experiences on their mobile devices, like fishing or hunting. And our biggest hits – Fishing Clash and Hunting Clash – are breaking popularity records on App Store and Google Play. In 2020 Fishing Clash made it to Google Play’s TOP 50 highest-grossing titles globally.
How do we do it? All our games are designed to live long and keep engaging players. Key to longevity is continuous improvement by offering new contents, parameters or live ops. This is core of our DNA. Our creativity is data-informed, we use Business Intelligence and machine learning to constantly review and swiftly react to the market trends to stay on top of our game.
Focused on cultivating our culture oriented on entrepreneurship, creativity, mutual trust and autonomy of teams, we expanded the Ten Square Games family by hiring over 100 new team members in 2020. Led by our goal to deliver the unforgettable moments to players, we are working hard on new topics. Our pipeline is full of exciting ideas, with five projects in development, including the next generation title of the “Clash Family” – Undead Clash.
