Currently, the company’s strategic priority is product diversification. In order to achieve it, work on several new games is being carried out, both in the Wrocław office and in the newly opened offices in Warsaw (since 2020) and Berlin (beginning in 2021). Apart from own production, the company is also active on the merger and acquisition market, looking for attractive entities with which it could jointly achieve synergy effects.
Our products are aimed at a multi-year lifecycle. They receive development support throughout the period – new features, content, live ops. New users are acquired through the so-called Smart Growing – a strategy based on allocating marketing budgets on the basis of in-depth analysis using predictive models, in order to maximize the return on marketing expenditures.
