Maciej Zużałek is a former Chairman of the Supervisory Board at TSG with 20 years of experience in the consumer industry. He was a member of the SB at Bike24, Smyk, Dr Gerard, Argos Nova. Between 2007-2020 he worked in Bridgepoint, an international private equity company where he was responsible for Warsaw office, investments in Poland and CEE and investment supervision over the fund's portfolio companies. Prior to that he worked for Andersen, E&Y i Enterprise Investors.
Maciej holds an International Master of Business Administration (MBA) diploma from Warsaw University of Technology Business School. He also graduated from the University of Szczecin in Management and Marketing as well as Food Technology from the West Pomeranian University of Technology in Szczecin.

Marcin Chruszczyński has nearly 20 years of professional experience. Between 2001 and 2008 he worked at PwC in offices in Rotterdam (3 years) and Wrocław (4 years). From 2009 to 2013, as a member of the Management Board, he held the positions of CFO and COO in Nasza Klasa Sp. z o.o. From 2014 to 2017 he worked on managerial positions in shared services centres of Bank of New York Mellon and Sidel (Tetra Laval Group). Since 2017 he has been a member of the management board in the consulting company O&W Analytics Sp. z o.o., the entity of which he is a shareholder. From December 2017 to May 2020 Marcin Chruszczyński was a member of the Supervisory Board of Ten Square Games S.A.Marcin Chruszczyński is a graduate of the Cracow University of Economics (M.A. in economics) and Hogeschool Brabant, Breda, the Netherlands (B.A. in Marketing in International Business). He has been a member of ACCA since 2004.

Janusz Dziemdowicz has been working in Ten Square Games since its establishment in 2011. To fulfill his everyday responsibilities he uses years of knowledge and experience in the field of programming, administration and system architecture. He was involved in creating, developing and maintaining many of the company’s products, including its bestselling titles: Let’s Fish, Wild Hunt and Fishing Clash. In 2007-2013 he was among people maintaining and developing the largest social network in Poland – Nasza Klasa. In the years 2007-2009 he was System Administrator and from 2009 to 2013 he fulfilled the role of Software Architect. He contributed to the network’s key elements such as its internal communicator and the platform for games and payments. He graduated in Computer Science at Wroclaw Institute of Computer Science, where he still delivers guest lectures to students.
Scope of competences: IT, server infrastructure, machine learning and new technologies.
Wojciech Gattner has 15 years of experience in
business intelligence, economics and monetisation. He joined Ten Square Games in 2015 as
an analyst in the department of Business Intelligence. In 2016 he became Chief of Game
Economics and Monetisation.
In 2007-2014 he worked with Schneider Trading Associates in London where he served as a
stock exchange analyst and futures trader in such areas as interest rates, bonds and
He graduated from Poznan University of Economics with a degree in Marketing and
Management, specialising in Investment and Real Estate Management. He also participated
in a one-year exchange programme during which he studied Master in Management at the
ESCP-EAP University in Madrid.

Anna Idzikowska has been working for Ten Square Games since 2014, holding a number of managerial positions and developing the
competences of User Acquisition, Platform Relations, Product Marketing and Business
Development. She joined Ten Square Games as Partnerships Manager in 2014 and became
Head of Business Development in the same year. Between 2015 and 2020 she held a position of Head of Growth.
In the years 2011-2014 she was responsible for Public Relations and Communication at LG Electronic. She graduated in International Relations,
specialising in diplomacy, at Wroclaw University. She is also a graduate of the
Management™ program of the ICAN Institute.
Scope of competences: growth, marketing, business development.
Andrzej Ilczuk has been working in Ten Square
Games since 2019. In his role as Business Owner he is responsible for the development of
three titles published by the studio.
He has been working in the game dev industry since 2006. His career started in one2tribe, a
Warsaw studio developing browser and mobile games. Subsequently, in 2010-2016, he
successfully managed the product portfolio in the Berlin branch of Aeria Games GmbH.
Since 2014, after the company was acquired by the ProSievenSat.1 group, he was
responsible for managing products in the “post global launch” phase. From 2016 to 2019 he
was Operational Officer at Smilegate GmbH. In 2019 he joined DECA Games GmbH where
he was responsible for the operational area and broadly understood game development.
He studied automation and robotics at Warsaw University of Technology.
