Andrzej Ilczuk has been working in Ten Square
Games since 2019. He has become the CEO of the Company on May 23rd, 2023.
He has been working in the game development industry since 2006. His career started in one2tribe, a
Warsaw studio developing browser and mobile games. Subsequently, in 2010-2016, he
successfully managed the product portfolio in the Berlin branch of Aeria Games GmbH.
Since 2014, after the company was acquired by the ProSievenSat.1 group, he was
responsible for managing products in the “post global launch” phase. From 2016 to 2019 he
was Operational Officer at Smilegate GmbH. In 2019 he joined DECA Games GmbH where
he was responsible for the operational area and broadly understood game development.
He studied automation and robotics at Warsaw University of Technology.

Janusz Dziemidowicz has been working in Ten Square Games since its establishment in 2011. To fulfill his everyday responsibilities he uses years of knowledge and experience in the field of programming, administration and system architecture. He was involved in creating, developing and maintaining many of the company’s products, including its bestselling titles: Let’s Fish, Wild Hunt and Fishing Clash. In 2007-2013 he was among people maintaining and developing the largest social network in Poland – Nasza Klasa. In the years 2007-2009 he was System Administrator and from 2009 to 2013 he fulfilled the role of Software Architect. He contributed to the network’s key elements such as its internal communicator and the platform for games and payments. He graduated in Computer Science at Wroclaw Institute of Computer Science, where he still delivers guest lectures to students.
Scope of competences: IT, server infrastructure, machine learning and new technologies.
Magdalena Jurewicz has experience in managing finance operations of companies and obtained education in this field. She is also the Chief Financial Officer of Ten Square Games. She began her career in Nasza Klasa Sp. z o.o., then gained experience at Ernst & Young in the audit department of their branch in Wrocław. She also served as a Board Member / CFO of Ten Square Games Group from 2018 to 2020. Magdalena Jurewicz graduated from Wrocław University of Economics and subsequently completed the CIMA (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants Professional Qualification), earning the title of ACMA, CGMA.
