The overarching strategic objective of the Ten Square Games Group is to build a diversified portfolio of mobile games capable of generating stable, long-term revenue growth and sustainable value for the Group in the medium and long term, within the context of a dynamically evolving and highly competitive mobile gaming market. The Group focuses its operations on the hobby and simulation games segment, in which it has well-established design, technological and operational expertise. The Group’s portfolio primarily includes simulation and hobby-related games, such as a fishing simulator, hunting-themed games and flight simulators. At the same time, alongside the development of its latest projects, the Group is gradually and in a controlled manner testing opportunities to expand its operations into adjacent segments of the mobile gaming market.

Development and Maintenance of Key Titles

The Group focuses on maintaining and further developing its largest titles, characterized by long life cycles, high player engagement and scalable monetization models, which constitute the foundation of current and future cash flows.

Creation of New Mobile Games

An important element of the Group’s strategy is the in-house development of new titles that respond to changing player needs and expectations while strengthening the Group’s product portfolio.

Targeted Acquisitions

Complementing organic growth initiatives, the Group remains prepared to pursue selective acquisitions aimed at further strengthening its portfolio through the acquisition of titles, teams or technologies with high growth potential and aligned with the Group’s long-term strategy.

The development of new titles, both organically and through acquisitions, is intended to gradually reduce the Group’s financial dependence on the performance of individual titles and to ensure mechanisms for generating repeatable growth in the Group’s value. At the same time, through both organically developed and acquired titles, the Group plans to gradually expand its presence into additional segments of the mobile gaming market while maintaining control over operational risk.
