Content of the report:
Management Board of Ten Square Games S.A. (the “Company”) informs that today the Company received a notification submitted by Nationale-Nederlanden Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw, according to which, as a result of disposal of the Company’s shares in transactions on the Warsaw Stock Exchange on 23 December 2019, Nationale – Nederlanden Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny hereinafter referred to as “OFE” decreased its shareholding below 5% of votes at the Company’s General Meeting of Shareholders.
Before the disposal of the Company’s shares, OFE held 369,800 shares in the Company, which represented 5.11% of its share capital. These shares entitled to 369,800 votes at the Company’s General Meeting of Shareholders, which accounted for 5.11% of the total number of votes.
According to the notification, after the transaction OFE holds 356,855 shares in the Company, which represents 4.93% of its share capital. These shares carry 356,855 votes at the Company’s General Meeting of Shareholders, which represents 4.93% of the total number of votes.
At the same time, as a result of the same transactions, the funds managed by Nationale-Nederlanden Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne S.A: OFE and Nationale – Nederlanden Dobrowolny Fundusz Emerytalny “DFE” have reduced the total number of the Company’s shares below 5% of votes at the Company’s General Meeting of Shareholders.
Before the disposal of the Company’s shares, OFE and DFE held a total of 372,419 shares in the Company, representing 5.14% of its share capital. These shares entitled to 372,419 votes at the Company’s General Meeting of Shareholders, which accounted for 5.14% of the total number of votes.
According to the notification, after the transaction, OFE and DFE held a total of 356,855 shares in the Company, which represented 4.93% of its share capital. These shares carry 356,855 votes at the Company’s General Meeting of Shareholders, which represents 4.93% of the total number of votes.
