Decision of the Vice President of the Management Board to resign from the Management Board of Ten Square Games S.A.

Content of the report:
Management Board of Ten Square Games S.A. (the “Company”) informs that on 7th October 2020 it received information about the decision of the Vice President of the Management Board of the Company, Arkadiusz Pernal, to resign from his function in the Management Board of the Company effective 31st December 2020. The resignation letter was served on 7th October 2020 to the Management Board and Supervisory Board of the Company.
Arkadiusz Pernal declared that he intends to remain in the Company and join the Company’s current term Supervisory Board.
