Statement of the National Depository for Securities on conditional registration of series B shares

Content of the report:
Management Board of Ten Square Games S.A. (the “Company”) informs that on May 21st, 2020 it received the information that the Management Board of the National Depository for Securities S.A. on October 14th, 2020 issued statement 1026/2020 on registration of 26 066 series B ordinary bearer shares in the securities depository.
After considering the Company’s application, the Management Board of the National Depository for Securities decided to conditionally register in the depository 26 066 series B shares with a nominal value of PLN 0.10 each and marking them with the code PLTSQGM00016, on condition of introduction to trading on the regulated market to which other shares of the Issuer marked with the above mentioned ISIN code were introduced. Registration of the above mentioned ordinary bearer shares will take place within three days from the date of receipt by the NDS of the decision to introduce the above shares to trading on the regulated market to which other shares of the Issuer marked with the above mentioned ISIN code have been introduced, but not earlier than on the date indicated in this decision as the date of introduction of these shares to trading on this regulated market.
