The Management Board of Ten Square Games S.A. (the “Company”) hereby discloses to the public the resolutions adopted by the Annual General Meeting of the Company (the “AGM”) convened for May 14, 2025.
At the same time, the Management Board informs that the documents submitted for voting at the OGM were published in Current Report No. 9/2025 dated April 15, 2025, and made available on the Company’s website at: https://tensquaregames.com/, in the section: “Investors / Corporate Governance / General Meetings.” The content of these documents has not changed.
