Notification of transactions carried out by persons discharging managerial responsibilities
Legal basis: Article 19(3) of MAR: notification of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities
The Management Board of Ten Square Games S.A. (the “Company”) announces that on May 21, 2025, it received notifications from:
Andrzej Ilczuk – President of the Management Board,
Janusz Dziemidowicz – Member of the Management Board, and
Magdalena Jurewicz – Member of the Management Board,
concerning transactions executed on the Company’s shares, submitted in accordance with Article 19(1) of MAR. The content of the notifications is provided in the attachments.
At the same time, the Company clarifies that the notifications relate to the acquisition of Company shares under the second tranche of the incentive program for members of the Management Board, adopted by Resolution No. 4 of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on December 19, 2023, following the fulfilment by the individuals of the criteria established in the resolution for the second tranche of the program.
The shares acquired by the Management Board Members under the second tranche of the program originate from the pool of treasury shares acquired by the Company pursuant to Resolution No. 7 of the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders dated June 23, 2021.
