Commencement of review of strategic options
The Management Board of Ten Square Games S.A. (the “Company”) hereby announces that on 10 June 2021, it made the decision to initiate a review of strategic options for the Company.
The purpose of the review is to determine the best path to achieving the company’s long-term strategy, which is further development and maximization of shareholder value. Ten Square Games S.A. will continue its current strategy, operations and projects during this review. Various strategic options will be considered by the Management Board, including identifying a strategic or financial investor.
As part of the process, to the extent permitted under applicable laws, additional information on the Company and its affiliates may be disclosed to selected entities. In relation to the above, the Management Board has engaged financial and legal advisers that will support it in performing the strategic review.
Currently, no decision relating to the selection of a specific strategic option has been made and there is no certainty as to if or when such decision will be made.
Any updates on the review process will be publicly communicated by the Company in accordance with applicable laws.
