The Management Board of Ten Square Games S.A. (the “Company”) informs that on July 4, 2024:
- The Company, due to the change in the ownership of its own shares, submitted a notification to the Polish Financial Supervision Authority about the change in the threshold specified in Article 69, Section 1, Point 2 of the Act of July 29, 2005, on public offerings and conditions for introducing financial instruments to an organized trading system and on public companies;
- The Company received notifications regarding the change in the ownership of the Company’s shares submitted by: the Shareholders’ Agreement and MJP Family Foundation in organization.
The changes in the ownership of shares result from the registration by the competent Court of the amendment to the Company’s Articles of Association regarding the reduction of the share capital due to the redemption of 858,822 shares of the Company.
