The Management Board of Ten Square Games S.A. “Company” informs that on May 26, 2022, the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company adopted Resolution No. 6 on the distribution of profit for the financial year 2021, according to which the net profit shown in the Company’s financial statements for the financial year 2021 in the amount of PLN 138,261,309.00 (in words: one hundred thirty-eight million two hundred sixty-one thousand three hundred nine zlotys) will be distributed as follows:
1) the amount of PLN 72,317,830.00 (in words: seventy-two million three hundred and seventeen thousand eight hundred and thirty zlotys 00/100) shall be distributed to shareholders in the form of dividend payment in the amount of PLN 10.00 (in words: ten zlotys 00/100) per share (excluding treasury shares);
2) the amount of PLN 65,943,479 (in words: sixty-five million nine hundred forty-three thousand four hundred seventy-nine zlotys 00/100) shall be allocated to the Company’s reserve capital.
The Ordinary General Meeting set the dividend date as 2 June 2022 and the dividend payment date as 16 June 2022.
The number of shares entitled to the dividend is 7,231,783 shares.
