The Management Board of Ten Square Games S.A. (the “Company”) announces that it has received information that the National Depository for Securities S.A. (the “KDPW”) issued Statement No. 1001/22 dated November 2nd, 2022, on the conclusion of an agreement with the Company for the registration of 33,039 Series C ordinary bearer shares with the securities depository.
Having considered the Company’s application, KDPW decided to conclude an agreement and conditionally register 33,039 series C shares with a nominal value of PLN 0.10 each in the depository and designate them with the code PLTSQGM00016 (“Shares”). The registration of the Shares is conditional upon their introduction to trading on the regulated market to which other shares of the Issuer designated with the abovementioned ISIN code have been introduced. The Shares shall be registered within three days from the date of receipt by the KDPW of the decision to introduce the Shares to trading on the regulated market to which the Issuer’s other shares bearing the abovementioned ISIN code were introduced, but not earlier than on the date indicated in that decision as the date of introduction of the Shares to trading on that regulated market.
