The Management Board of Ten Square Games Spółka Akcyjna with its registered office in Wrocław, at ul. Traugutta 45, 50-416 Wrocław, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register maintained by the District Court for Wrocław-Fabryczna in Wrocław, 6th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0000704863, REGON: 021744780, NIP: 8982196752 (“Company”), acting pursuant to Articles 399 § 1, 402(1), and 402(2) of the Commercial Companies Code, hereby convenes the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company for May 14, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., to be held at the Company’s registered office in Wrocław, at ul. Traugutta 45.
