On April 21st, 2023, Ten Square Games announced that Andrzej Ilczuk, current COO of the Company, has been nominated by the Supervisory Board to lead TSG into the next phase of the Company’s development as its new CEO. The changes in the composition of its management board reflect the company’s transition and shift in strategic priorities. Maciej Zużałek, the current CEO of Ten Square Games, has stepped down from his position as the Company shifts its priorities from expansion and diversification to focus on core productions. Additionally, Mr. Wojciech Gattner decided to resign from his position as a board member to devote all his time to development of Ten Square Games’ core products.

On April 21st, 2023 Maciej Zużałek, current CEO of the Company, resigned from his function, effective as of May 22nd 2023. He has been the CEO of the Company since June 2020. During his tenure Ten Square Games pursued the strategy of expansion and growth and the Company executed its first acquisition of the Italian studio Rortos.

  • “As the company shifts its focus to its core products, I believe that Ten Square Games needs a CEO with a strong product background. My tenure as CEO of Ten Square Games has come to an end, and I am confident that Andrzej Ilczuk, with his extensive experience and expertise in game development, is the perfect person to take the company forward,” said Maciej Zuzalek. “- I have no doubt that the company under Andrzej’s leadership and with Wojciech Gattner’s full dedication to product development will make the transition of the board’s focus on the Company’s core products.” – said Maciej Zużałek,  CEO of Ten Square Games.

The changes in the composition of the management board were carefully prepared with the Supervisory Board and executed in a thoughtful and amicable manner, with the best interests of the company in mind. The process was driven by the company’s plans and scale of operation, as it shifts its focus to its core products. The nomination of Andrzej Ilczuk as the new CEO was made after a thorough assessment of his experience and expertise in game development, which are expected to bring tremendous value to the company. The decision of Wojciech Gattner to devote his full attention to product development also reflects the company’s desire to further strengthen its core products.

“- My priority is to bring focus to our development efforts and ensure that each of our core products has a clear plan for success. The Company has a strong portfolio of games, and I am dedicated to growing Ten Square Games further.” – says Andrzej Ilczuk.

At the same time Wojciech Gattner, current management board member, decided to step down from his function in the management board, in order to dedicate full time to core product development.

  • “My true passion and strength lie in the creation of product strategy and monetization. As the company focuses on its core products, I feel it’s the right time for me to step away from my role as a board member and focus solely on the performance and roadmap of new features for our core games. I am fully committed to driving growth and taking our core games to the next level. I strongly believe that being closer to the heart of the product will bring the most value to the Company.” – says Wojciech Gattner

After the announced changes, Andrzej Ilczuk Chief Executive Officer, Janusz Dziemidowicz Chief Technology Ofiicer  and Magdalena Jurewicz Chief Financial Officer  will remain on the board of Ten Square Games.

Ten Square Games will continue to develop its core products in the coming months: Fishing Clash, Hunting Clash, and Wings of Heroes as well as explore new opportunities that align with its core competencies in order to be ready for new development in an appropriate time.
