In order to ensure a clear and effective information policy, the Ten Square Games S.A. management board informs that the approximated consolidated bookings from users in games (without considering delayed income) of the Ten Square Games capital group in Q2 2022 have amounted to PLN 122.9m.
In the estimated booking amounts, PLN 83m relates to bookings generated by Fishing Clash (excluding Chinese licensed income), which makes up 67.5% of the consolidated income. Another PLN 25m (20.3%) relates to payments in Hunting Clash.
The Company has adjusted to dynamically changing market conditions caused by the end of lockdowns, the loss of players in Russia and Belarus, a global rise in inflation, and increased player acquisition costs in the mobile segments, all of which had a significant impact on results in May 2022. The positive effects of the changes made by the Company can be seen in the June 2022 results, when the combined bookings of Fishing Clash and Hunting Clash increased by 14.2% compared to May 2022.
Bookings in given months have amounted to:
– April 2022: PLN 43.5m, including Fishing Clash (without licensing from China) – PLN 30.0m Hunting Clash PLN 8.6m.
– May 2022: PLN 37.5m, including Fishing Clash (without licensing from China) – PLN 24.5m, Hunting Clash – PLN 8.0m.
– June 2022: PLN 42.0m, including Fishing Clash (without licensing from China) – PLN 28.6m, Hunting Clash – PLN 8.5m
The board also informs that the following report includes initial data that can be different from the final data. The final information about income from bookings, including delayed income, will be published in a consolidated periodic report. The closest periodic report published by the Company is the consolidated half-year report for the period ending June 30th, 2022, which will be published on September 5th, 2022.
