The Management Board of Ten Square Games S.A., based in Wrocław, “the Company”, informs that in accordance with § 80(1) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognising as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state (“the Regulation”), the dates for the publication of periodic reports in 2023 will be as follows:
1.Periodic report for 2022:
– Standalone and consolidated annual report for 2022 – 27 March 2023.
2.Periodic reports for 2023:
– Consolidated quarterly report for Q1 2023 – 22 May 2023.
– Consolidated semi-annual report for H1 2023 – 6 September 2023.
– Consolidated quarterly report for Q3 2023 – 20 November 2023.
At the same time, the Management Board of the Company informs that pursuant to § 79 section 2 of the Regulation, the Company will not publish quarterly reports for the fourth quarter of 2022 and for the second quarter of 2023.
Furthermore, pursuant to § 62 sections 1 and 3 of the Regulation, the Company informs that the consolidated quarterly and semi-annual reports will include quarterly and semi-annual condensed standalone financial statements, respectively. Thus, the Company will not publish separate standalone quarterly reports and a separate standalone semi-annual report.
