Legal basis: Art. 17 sec. 1 MAR – confidential information

To ensure a transparent and effective information policy, the Management Board of Ten Square Games S.A. informs that the estimated consolidated bookings in games (excluding deferred revenues) of the Ten Square Games Capital Group in the third quarter of 2026 amounted to PLN 97.8 million.

Of the estimated bookings:

  • PLN 45.1 million (46.1%) refers to bookings generated by the Fishing Clash game;
  • PLN 13.5 million (13.9%) refers to bookings  generated  by the Hunting Clash game;
  • PLN 15.3 million (15.7%) refers to bookings  generated by the Trophy Hunter game;
  • PLN 11.9 million (12.2%) refers to bookings  generated by the Wings of Heroes game;
  • PLN 4.7 million (4.8%) refers to bookings generated by the Real Flight Simulator game;
  • PLN 2.8 million (2.8%) refers to bookings generated by the Medal Hunter game.

Bookings in individual months were as follows:

  • July 2026: PLN 32.2 million, including Fishing Clash – PLN 15.9 million, Hunting Clash – PLN 4.5 million, Trophy Hunter – PLN 5.1 million, Wings of Heroes – PLN 3.5 million, Real Flight Simulator – PLN 1.5 million and Medal Hunter – PLN 0.2 million.
  • August 2026: PLN 34.6 million, including Fishing Clash – PLN 16.2 million, Hunting Clash – PLN 4.6 million, Trophy Hunter – PLN 5.0 million, Wings of Heroes – PLN 4.4 million, Real Flight Simulator – PLN 1.6 million and Medal Hunter – PLN 1.2 million.
  • September 2026: PLN 31.1 million, including Fishing Clash – PLN 13.1 million, Hunting Clash – PLN 4.5 million, Trophy Hunter – PLN 5.2 million, Wings of Heroes – PLN 4.1 million, Real Flight Simulator – PLN 1.6 million and Medal Hunter – PLN 1.4 million.

The Management Board also informs that this report contains preliminary data, which may differ from the final data. The final information on sales revenues, including deferred revenues, will be published in the consolidated periodic report. The next periodic report to be issued by the Company is the consolidated quarterly report for the period ending September 30, 2026, which will be published on November 9, 2026.
