Appointment of the Supervisory Board members of Ten Square Games S.A. for a new term of office

Content of the report:
Management Board of Ten Square Games S.A. (the “Company”) informs that on May 20th, 2020, the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company adopted resolutions on the appointment to the Supervisory Board for a new term of:
Marcin Biłos – Member of the Supervisory Board
Kinga Stanisławska – Member of the Supervisory Board.
According to the statements made, Marcin Biłos:
– is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors, maintained pursuant to the Act on the National Court Register;
– does not conduct any activity outside Ten Square Games S.A. that would be competitive to the Company’s activity.
– does not participate in a competitive company as a partner in a civil partnership, partnership or as a member of a body of a capital company or other competitive legal person as a member of its body.
According to the statements made, Kinga Stanisławska:
– is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors, maintained pursuant to the Act on the National Court Register;
– does not participate in a competitive company as a partner in a civil law partnership, partnership or as a member of a body of a capital company or other competitive legal person as a member of its body.
