Notifications of changes to the shareholding of Ten Square Games S.A.

Legal basis: Article 70.1 of the Act on Public Offering – acquisition or transfer of a substantial block of shares.

Content of the report:

The Management Board of Ten Square Games S.A. (the “Company”) wishes to announce that today (15 January 2021) the Company received notifications concerning changes in the ownership of the shares in the Company submitted by:

1. Maciej Popowicz;
2. Arkadiusz Pernal; and
3. Arkadiusz Pernal, on behalf of parties to the Company’s shareholders’ agreement concluded on 21 October 2019, as amended on 9 July 2020.

The content of such notifications is provided by the Company in the attachments hereto.
