Information on quarterly revenues (bookings) – 1Q2021

Content of the report:
With a view to ensuring a transparent and effective information policy, the Management Board of Ten Square Games S.A. informs that the estimated consolidated sales revenue excluding the effect of revenue recognition over time (bookings) of the Ten Square Games Group in the first quarter of 2021 amounted to PLN 169.6 million compared to PLN 95.1 million in the first quarter of 2020, also excluding the effect of revenue recognition over time.
The estimated revenue of PLN 132.1 million relates to payments generated by the Fishing Clash game, which represents approximately 78% of consolidated revenue. On the other hand, estimated revenues from the Hunting Clash game amounted to PLN 27.0 million, representing 16% of consolidated payments.
Management also informs that this report contains preliminary data which may differ from the final data. Final information on sales revenue will be published in the consolidated interim report. The next periodic report to be published by the Company is the consolidated report for the period ended March 31, 2021, which will be published on May 24, 2021.
