Dates of publishing of periodic reports in 2020

Art. 56 (1) p 2 of Public Offer of Financial Instruments Act – current and interim reports
Content of the report:
The Management Board of Ten Square Games S.A. with its registered office in Wrocław (the “Company”), pursuant to § 80 section 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state (the “Regulation”), announces the dates of publication of periodic reports in 2020:
1. Periodic report for the year of 2019:
– Separate and consolidated yearly report for 2019 – March 23rd 2020.
2. Periodic reports for the year of 2020:
– Consolidated quarterly report for Q1 2020 – May 25th 2020.
– Consolidated semiannual report for H1 2020 – August 24th 2020.
– Consolidated quarterly report for Q3 2020 – November 23rd 2020.
At the same time, the Company’s Management Board informs that in accordance with § 79 point 2 of the Regulation, the Company will not publish quarterly reports for Q4 2019 and Q2 2020.
Furthermore, in accordance with § 62 sections 1 and 3 of the Regulation, the Company informs that the consolidated quarterly and semi-annual reports will include quarterly and semi-annual condensed separate financial statements, respectively. Therefore, the Company will not present stand-alone separate quarterly reports and separate semi-annual separate reports.
