Appointment of a Supervisory Board member

Content of the report:
Management Board of Ten Square Games S.A. (“the Company”) informs that on 20 May 2020 the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company adopted resolutions on the appointment of the following persons for the current term of the Supervisory Board:
Arkadiusz Pernal – Member of the Supervisory Board.
In accordance with the resolution, the appointment shall be valid from 1 January 2021.
According to the statements made, Arkadiusz Pernal:
– is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors, maintained pursuant to the Act on the National Court Register;
– does not conduct any activity outside of Ten Square Games S.A. that would be competitive to the Company’s activity;
– does not participate in a competitive company as a partner in a civil partnership, partnership or as a member of a body of a capital company or other competitive legal person as a member of its body.
Information on the education, qualifications and history of employment of the Member of the Supervisory Board is presented in the appendix to this report.
