The Management Board of Ten Square Games S.A. (the “Company”) informs that on April 21, 2023, Mr. Maciej Zużałek resigned from the position of the President of the Management Board of the Company and being a member of the Management Board of the Company, effective as at the end of May 22, 2023.
The reason for the resignation of Mr. Maciej Zużałek is the end of his mission as the President of the Management Board of the Company and the change of the Company’s strategic priorities.
At the same time, on April 21, 2023, Mr. Wojciech Gattner resigned from the position of a member of the management board, effective as at the end of May 22, 2023. Mr. Wojciech Gattner resigned from his function in the Management Board, but remains in the Company. His intention is full operational involvement in the work on the product strategy of the Company’s main games.
At the same time, the Management Board of the Company provides the statement of the Supervisory Board.
Statement of the Supervisory Board:
On April 21, 2023, the Supervisory Board of Ten Square Games S.A. accepted the resignation from the position of the President of the Management Board of the Company submitted by Mr. Maciej Zużałek, effective as at the end of May 22, 2023. The reason for the resignation of Mr. Maciej Zużałek is the end of his mission in the role of President of the Management Board and the change in the Company’s strategic priorities. The Supervisory Board is grateful to Maciej Zużałek for his contribution to the development of the Company, in particular in the area of M&A and investments, which allowed to diversify the product portfolio of Ten Square Games S.A.
At the same time, after consulting and evaluating various options, the Supervisory Board plans to entrust the function of the President of the Management Board of the Company to Mr. Andrzej Ilczuk, member of the management board of Ten Square Games, from January 21, 2021. Considering the type and scope of challenges facing the Company, as well as the decision of the Company’s Management Board to focus on the development of the Company’s main products, the candidacy of Mr. Andrzej Ilczuk fits perfectly into the Company’s plans for the near future.
At the same time, the Supervisory Board approved the initiative of Mr. Wojciech Gattner, who proposed that he resign from the position of a member of the Management Board and devote all his time in the Company to operational work on the further development of the main products of Ten Square Games. In the opinion of the Supervisory Board, due to the reduction of the scale of the Company’s operations, Mr. Gattner’s full involvement in the work on the Company’s products brings additional potential for generating value for the Company.
The Supervisory Board does not anticipate further changes in the composition of the Company’s Management Board in the near future. In the opinion of the Supervisory Board, the new composition of the Management Board will ensure an efficient and competent management structure for the Company.
