Legal grounds: Article 19 (3) of the MAR – information on transactions performed by persons performing managerial duties.
The Management Board of Ten Square Games S.A. (the “Company”) wishes to announce that on 10th August 2021 the Company received notification concerning the performance of transaction involving shares in the Company submitted in accordance with Article 19 (1) of the MAR by Andrzej Ilczuk.
