The Management Board of Ten Square Games S.A. (“the Company”) informs that due to a failure to propose candidates for Supervisory Board member, the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders has abandoned voting on the resolution on the appointment of a Supervisory Board member, covered by item 15 of the meeting agenda.
