Management Board of Ten Square Games S.A. (“Company”) informs that on January 13, 2023, it received information about the decision of the Member of the Management Board of the Company, Mrs. Anna Idzikowska, to resign from her function in the Management Board of the Company, effective at the end of February 28, 2023. The statement of resignation was submitted on January 13, 2023 to the Management Board and Supervisory Board of the Company.
Anna Idzikowska stated that she resigned for personal reasons.
