The Management Board of Ten Square Games S.A. (the “Company”) informs that on January 31, 2024 it received notifications about transactions made in the Company’s shares, submitted in accordance with Art. 19 section MAR 1, by:
– Andrzej Ilczuk – President of the Management Board;
– Janusz Dziemidowicz – Member of the Management Board and
– Magdalena Jurewicz – Member of the Management Board
The content of the notifications is provided by the Company in the attachment.
At the same time, the Company explains that the notifications cover the purchase of the Company’s shares under the first tranche of the incentive program for persons serving on the Management Board of the Company adopted by Resolution No. 4 of December 19, 2023 by the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, in connection with the fulfillment by these persons of the criteria established in the EGM resolution for the first tranche of the incentive program.
The shares acquired by Members of the Management Board under the first tranche of the program come from the pool of the Company’s own shares, acquired by the Company on the basis of resolution number 7 of the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company of June 23, 2021.
