(the “Company”) announces that on 11.10.2021 it received information about the decision of a Member of the Management Board of the Company, Mr Marcin Chruszczyński, to resign from his position on the Management Board of the Company effective as of 20.10.2021. The statement of resignation was submitted on 11.10.2021. to the Management Board and the Supervisory Board of the Company.
