The Management Board of Ten Square Games S.A. (the “Company”) announces that on 11 October 2021 the Supervisory Board of the Company adopted a resolution on the appointment of Ms Magdalena Jurewicz to serve as a Member of the Management Board of the Company during the current joint term of office. Ms Magdalena Jurewicz will serve on the Management Board of the Company starting from 21 October 2021.
According to the statements submitted to the Company, Ms Magdalena Jurewicz
a) is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors, maintained pursuant to the Act on the National Court Register;
b) does not conduct any other activities outside Ten Square Games S.A;
c) does not participate in a competitive company as a partner in a civil law partnership, a partnership or as a member of the authority of a capital company or any other competitive legal entity.
