The Management Board of Ten Square Games S.A. (the “Company”) announces that today, i.e. on 08.11.2021, it has become aware of the adoption by the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (“WSE”) on 05.11.2021 by Resolution No. 1124/2021 on the admission and the introduction to exchange trading on the WSE Main List of series B bearer ordinary shares of the Company, by which the WSE Management Board:

• declared that 34,472 (thirty four thousand four hundred seventy two) series B bearer ordinary shares of the Company, a par value PLN 0.10 (ten grosz) each, (“Shares”) are admitted to exchange trading on the parallel market
• has decided to introduce the Shares as of 10 November 2021 to exchange trading on the parallel market, conditional on the registration of the Shares and their coding as “PLTSQGM00016” by the National Depository for Securities on 10 November 2021.

The resolution of the WSE Management Board came into force on the date of its adoption.
