The Management Board of Ten Square Games S.A. (the “Company”) informs that on February 1, 2024, it received from Arkadiusz Pernal – Member of the Supervisory Board (person discharging managerial responsibilities) and from AMP Fundacja Rodzinna w organizacji (person closely related to Arkadiusz Pernal) notifications about transactions made in the Company’s shares, submitted in accordance with art. 19 section 1 MAR. The notifications were made in connection with the donation of all shares of the Company held by Arkadiusz Pernal to AMP Fundacja Rodzinna w organizacji.
