The Management Board of Ten Square Games S.A. (the “Company”) announces that today (24 January 2022) the Company has received notifications regarding changes in the ownership of the Company’s shares submitted by:
1) Maciej Popowicz;
2) Arkadiusz Pernal; and
3) Arkadiusz Pernal on behalf of the members of the shareholders’ agreement of the Company concluded on 21 October 2019, as amended on 9 July 2020.
