According to estimates, the consolidated revenue of Ten Square Games (WSE: TEN), excluding the deferred income, reached EUR 39.9 million in Q4 2020. This means an increase by EUR 22.4 million or over 129 percent year-on-year.
The main growth drivers for Ten Square Games’ revenue were constant development and new player acquisition for Fishing Clash, the company’s flagship title. In Q4 2020, the game generated sales of EUR 34.2 million (up by EUR 19.1 million or 126 percent yoy).
“This has been another great quarter for Ten Square Games. We are consistently pursuing our diversification strategy, which is being supported by the promising results of our new title, Hunting Clash. In Q4 2020, the game became the second largest product in our portfolio. As a result, the share of Fishing Clash revenues in the Group’s revenues decreased from 92% to 86%. High consolidated sales were achieved in the fourth quarter with marketing expenses that were significantly lower than in the previous periods,” said Maciej Zużałek, the CEO of Ten Square Games.
Ten Square Games is one of the largest and fastest-growing Polish mobile game developers, with headquarters in Wrocław and an additional studio in Warsaw. The company focuses on the production of hobby games distributed in a free-to-play model. Since 2018, its shares have been traded on the Warsaw Stock Exchange (WSE: TEN).
