Estimated consolidated revenue of Ten Square Games S.A. in Q2 2019 amounted to approximately PLN 49.7 mln.
Compared to the previous quarter, revenues increased by approx. 10%, while year on year they more than doubled. On 19 June 2019, the Company paid to its shareholders a dividend from the profit for 2018 in the amount of PLN 3.78 per share.
Recently, a lot has been happening on the Polish gaming market, and although the mobile gaming sector we represent has been less active, our company is going full speed ahead. Our revenues are steadily increasing and shareholders are starting to benefit from our success – in June we paid out the first dividend during our presence on the WSE and the highest dividend in the company’s history. Our flagship game Fishing Clash is constantly being developed, we monitor its performance and introduce new elements and improvements. Wild Hunt and Let’s Fish bring stable income. We pay a lot of attention to our latest game – Golf Rush. After a soft launch on several selected markets, the game is currently in the fine-tuning phase – on the basis of intelligence gathered about players’ preferences we are working intensively on the important details of the game that can ensure its success. The game is being developed according to the schedule set by us. In addition, as announced, we are working on two new titles for women and a hobby game based on our outdoor and simulation experience with Fishing Clash – says Arkadiusz Pernal, Vice-President of the Management Board of Ten Square Games S.A. As announced, we strive to balance marketing costs with effects, i.e. to attract new players. Marketing expenditures and budgets are monitored and adjusted to the needs on an ongoing basis, which is a standard in our industry – adds Arkadiusz Pernal. On 19 June 2019, the Company paid out a dividend of PLN 27.3 million from the 2018 profit, which translated into a dividend of PLN 3.78 per share. The estimated sales revenue for the second quarter of 2019 provided by the Management Board of Ten Square Games S.A. may differ from the final data, which will be included in the consolidated semi-annual report for the first half of 2019, which is planned to be published on August 28, 2019.

Ten Square Games S.A. is one of the largest producers and publishers of mobile gaming apps in Poland. The company was established in 2011 by Maciej Popowicz and Arkadiusz Pernal. This Square Games specializes in hobby games. The company produces and releases free-to-play games, earning money on micro-payments (for paid in-game functionalities) and ad monetization. The offer amounted to over PLN 94 million. On May 11, 2018 Ten Square Games shares made a debut on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. On 15 June 2018, the company joined the sWIG80 index, and on 18 March 2019 it joined the new sector index on the WSE, consisting of game producers – WIG.Games.
