The Management Board of Ten Square Games S.A. informs that yesterday i.e. on January 19, 2023, the Company received a notification regarding a change in the ownership of the Company’s shares, submitted by TFI Allianz Polska S.A., acting on behalf of and for the benefit of the following funds:
– Allianz Duo FIO,
– Allianz FIO,
– Allianz Investments SFIO,
– Allianz SFIO Pension Plan,
– Allianz SFIO Large Companies,
– Allianz SFIO PPK,
– Safe Autumn of SFIO.
