The Management Board of Ten Square Games S.A. (the “Company”) informs that on 22 May, 2024, the Company’s Supervisory Board adopted resolutions to appoint the following persons for members of the Company’s Management Board for the new term of office:
Andrzej Ilczuk – President of the Management Board,
Magdalena Jurewicz – Member of the Management Board,
Janusz Dziemidowicz – Member of the Management Board;
The new joint three-year term of the Management Board will begin after the Company’s Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (scheduled for 23 May, 2024) approves the Company’s financial statements for 2023.
Mr. Andrzej Ilczuk, Ms. Magdalena Jurewicz and Mr. Janusz Dziemidowicz served also as the Management Board Members of Ten Square Games S.A. for the previous term of office of the Company’s Management Board.
According to the statements made, Andrzej Ilczuk:
- is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors, maintained pursuant to the Act on the National Court Register;
- conducts other business activities outside Ten Square Games S.A., i.e. sole proprietorship under a business name Andrzej Ilczuk, which is not competitive towards the Company
- does not participate in a competitive company as a partner in a civil partnership, partnership or as a member of a body of a capital company or other competitive legal person as a member of its body.
According to the statements made, Magdalena Jurewicz:
- is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors, maintained pursuant to the Act on the National Court Register;
- does not conduct other business activities outside Ten Square Games S.A.
- does not participate in a competitive company as a partner in a civil partnership, partnership or as a member of a body of a capital company or other competitive legal person as a member of its body.
According to the statements made, Janusz Dziemidowicz:
- is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors, maintained pursuant to the Act on the National Court Register;
- conducts other business activities outside Ten Square Games S.A., i.e. sole proprietorship under a business name Janusz Dziemidowicz, which is not competitive towards the Company;
- does not participate in other companies competitive towards the Company as a partner in a civil partnership, partnership, capital company or other competitive legal person as a member of its bodies.
