On July 30, 2026 Ten Square Games launched Medal Hunter globally on iOS and Android, entering the mobile military-action segment with a new PvP shooter designed for players interested in military themes, weapons, history-inspired operations and fast competitive gameplay. The game introduces a new profile to TSG’s portfolio, combining wave-based PvP action, operation-based progression and a historical layer built around battle-inspired locations, collectible artifacts and short stories connected with military events.

A strategic step into a new market segment

Medal Hunter is the second title developed within the product line initiated by Trophy Hunter and another example of how Ten Square Games’ new game development model works in practice. By reusing selected systems, tools and production experience, teams can move more quickly from concept to player testing and devote more attention to the elements that give each title its own distinct identity.

The team brought Medal Hunter from the start of development to global launch in less than one year. The game builds on selected solutions and experience developed with Trophy Hunter, which quickly became one of the Group’s leading titles in terms of revenue. At the same time, the shared foundation was used to create a product with a completely different profile, featuring a new theme, a different gameplay rhythm and a new target audience.

The global launch of Medal Hunter represents TSG’s first major step beyond the hobby and outdoor segments that have historically shaped the Group’s largest games. It will also allow the company to test the potential of a military-themed mobile PvP action game among players interested in weapons, history-inspired settings and fast, skill-based competition.

Medal Hunter is another tangible result of our strategy to build new games within shared product lines. It is also our first major attempt to enter the mobile military-action segment. We brought the game to selected markets at an early stage and used the additional testing time to validate its potential with players and make key product decisions based on data and player behavior. As a result, ahead of the global launch, we significantly reshaped the gameplay, expanded the content and progression systems, and strengthened the game’s military and historical identity. Medal Hunter is therefore entering the global market today as a more mature product than Trophy Hunter was at the same stage of development. This is how we want to build new titles: validate their potential earlier, learn faster and use those insights to strengthen the product before scaling it globally,”- said Andrzej Ilczuk, CEO of Ten Square Games.

Medal Hunter entered technical release on May 4, 2026, in Mexico, Vietnam, the Philippines and Poland. On May 8, the rollout expanded through soft launch to the United Kingdom, Australia and Germany followed by the United States on  May 11. The soft launch period allowed the team to test the game with real players and further develop its gameplay, content and progression systems ahead of global release.

Military action built around skill and pressure

At global launch, Medal Hunter takes players across nine operations inspired by military locations and historical conflict settings – from Warsaw and Pearl Harbor to Vietnam, the Falklands, Kandahar and Panjshir Valley. Each operation opens a different battlefield scenario, combining the atmosphere of military history with fast, focused mobile action.

The heart of the game is wave-based PvP combat. In each battle, two players face the same sequence of enemy waves in one continuous session, with no breaks between rounds and no limits on ammunition. Victory depends on how well they read the battlefield: which targets they prioritize, how precisely they shoot, how effectively they build combos and how quickly they react under pressure. With three shooting modes across the operations, Medal Hunter is designed to offer variety while keeping every battle easy to understand and intense from the first shot.

Discovering the stories behind each operation

In each operation, Soldier’s Haven acts as the player’s own field archive – a space that comes to life as they fight their way through a specific operation. Completing operation-based tasks unlocks rewards, visual upgrades and collectible elements inspired by the weapons, missions, artifacts and defining moments associated with that operation. Each discovery opens a short newspaper-style story, allowing players to uncover the historical context behind the operation while staying within the fast rhythm of the game.

A new battle across three real life maps begins with every Campaign

Players who progress beyond the ninth operation and reach the required progression threshold will gain access to the first seasonal Campaign – a time-limited mode that opens a new chapter of the battle. Each Campaign introduces a themed conflict map with additional locations and districts to conquer. Players progress by earning Campaign trophies, unlocking seasonal rewards and weapons through a dedicated Battle Pass, and advancing through both free and premium reward tracks. The mode is designed to give experienced players a new objective after the core operations and to build momentum toward the final competitive phase of the season.

The season culminates in Conquest, a four-day leaderboard battle in which players fight for control of individual districts. The top player in each district earns the “District Leader” crown, turning the Campaign map into a visible arena of rivalry and recognition. When the season ends, key achievements are archived on player profiles, giving players a permanent record of their Campaign history.

Beyond the main operation path, Medal Hunter launches with social, competitive and progression systems designed to support an ongoing live-game experience. Players can develop their arsenal and equip Gunners before battle, return through Daily Quests, weekly objectives, the Login Calendar and Golden Shot, and play alongside or against others through Friends, Clubs, Club Race, Beast Hunt, leaderboards and co-op modes. These systems extend the experience beyond individual battles, giving players recurring goals, social competition and new ways to cooperate and progress.

With Medal Hunter, we developed a completely new type of gameplay for TSG, aimed at a broader audience looking for a different kind of experience from what our previous titles offered. The game moves at a faster pace, puts players under greater pressure and creates a stronger sense of progression, while using military themes and historical inspiration to build a distinctive identity of its own. We would not have been able to reach this stage so quickly without the experience gained from Trophy Hunter, which marked the beginning of this product line. We were able to build on solutions that had already been tested and refined, allowing us to focus more of the team’s effort on what truly sets Medal Hunter apart: its combat rhythm, depth of progression, military setting and the historical context of each operation,” said Jakub Noganowicz, Product Owner of Medal Hunter and Trophy Hunter.

The global launch of Medal Hunter is part of Ten Square Games’ broader strategy to build long-term growth by systematically strengthening and diversifying the Group’s portfolio. A key element of this strategy is the development of product lines in which successive games can benefit from shared systems, tools and production experience, while differing in theme, gameplay profile and target audience. This model allows teams to move more quickly from concept to player testing, reduces the need to build every product from the ground up and enables resources to be focused more effectively on the elements that determine each game’s distinct identity and market potential. Trophy Hunter initiated the first product line developed under this model, with Medal Hunter becoming its second title. At the same time, Ten Square Games is developing Fishing Trip, which is intended to initiate a second product line. In this way, the Group is consistently building a repeatable process for creating, validating and bringing new products to market.

Medal Hunter is available globally on iOS and Android.
