Deadlines for submitting periodic reports in 2021
Legal basis: Article 56 section 1 item 2 of the Act on Public Offering – current and periodical information
Content of the report:
The Management Board of Ten Square Games S.A. with its registered office in Wrocław (“the Company”), in accordance with article 80 section 1 of the Minister of Finance Regulation of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognizing as equivalent the information required by the laws of a non-member state (“the Regulation”), informs of the dates of publication of periodic reports in 2021:
1.Interim report for 2020:
– Separate and consolidated annual report for 2020 – 22 March 2021.
2.Interim reports for 2021:
– Consolidated quarterly report for Q1 2021 – 24 May 2021.
– Consolidated semi-annual report for the first half of 2021 – 23 August 2021.
– Consolidated quarterly report for Q3 2021 – 22 November 2021.
The Company’s Management Board also informs that in accordance with article 79 section 2 of the Regulation the Company shall not publish quarterly reports for Q4 2020 and Q2 2021.
Furthermore, in accordance with article 62 sections 1 and 3 of the Regulation, the Company informs that the consolidated quarterly and semi-annual reports will include condensed quarterly and semi-annual separate financial statements, respectively. Thus, the Company will not submit individual separate quarterly reports, nor will it publish an individual separate semi-annual report.
