The Management Board of Ten Square Games S.A. (the “Company”) wishes to announce that today (15 January 2021) the Company received notifications concerning the performance of transactions involving shares in the Company submitted in accordance with Article 19 (1) of the MAR by Maciej Popowicz and Arkadiusz Pernal.
