Registration of amendments to the Articles of Association of Ten Square Games S.A.

Content of the report:
The Management Board of Ten Square Games S.A. with its registered office in Wrocław („the Company”) informs that on 21st January 2021 it was notified that the District Court for Wrocław-Fabryczna in Wrocław, 6th Commercial Division of the National Court Register registered the amendments to the Company’s Articles of Association adopted by the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held on 16th December 2020.
The amendments were registered by the Court on 21st January 2021.
The amendments to the Articles of Association were adopted by the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company by Resolution No. 4 of 16th December 2020, replacing the wording of 15.2 of the Articles of Association with the following:
„2. The Company’s Management Board consists of 1 (one) to 6 (six) members. The Management Board consists of the President of the Management Board and Vice Presidents of the Management Board and members of the Management Board appointed and dismissed by the Supervisory Board.”.
Attached hereto, the Management Board of the Company publishes the uniform text of the Articles of Association.
At the same time the Management Board informs that along with the registration of the aforementioned amendment on 21st Janury 2021, Janusz Dziemdowicz, Wojciech Gattner, Anna Idzikowska and Andrzej Ilczuk were appointed to the Management Board of the current term. The Company informed about the Supervisory Board’s resolution on appointing the above mentioned persons to the Management Board together with the information required by the regulations in the current report No. 67/2020 dated December 17, 2020.
