Notifications of changes to the shareholding of Ten Square Games S.A

Legal Grounds: Article 70.1 of the Act on Public Offering – acquisition or transfer of a substantial block of shares.

The Management Board of Ten Square Games S.A. (the “Company”) informs that today (31 January 2020) the Company received notifications concerning the changes in the ownership of shares in the Company submitted by:

1. Maciej Popowicz;
2. Arkadiusz Pernal; and
3. Arkadiusz Pernal, on behalf of parties to the Company’s shareholders agreement concluded on 21 October 2019, about which the Company informed in current report No. 30/2019.
