The Management Board of Ten Square Games S.A. with its registered office in Wrocław (“the Company”) informs that on June 14th, 2023 the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company adopted resolution no. 6 on the division of profit for the financial year 2022 in the amount of PLN 55,247,128 (in words: fifty-five million two hundred forty-seven thousand one hundred and twenty-eight zlotys), stating that the amount will be divided as follows:
a) the amount of PLN 52,306,718.40 (in words: fifty two million three hundred six thousand seven hundred and eighteen zlotys and forty groszy) to be distributed among shareholders in the form of a dividend payment in the amount of PLN 7.20 (in words: seven zlotys and twenty groszy) per share (excluding own shares purchased by the Company in the buy back programme);
b) the amount of PLN 2,940,409.60 (in words: two million nine hundred and forty thousand four hundred and nine zlotys and sixty groszy) to be transferred to the Company’s reserve capital.
General Meeting of Shareholders set the dividend date on June 21, 2023, and the dividend payment date on June 28, 2023.
The number of shares entitled to dividend is: 7,264,822 shares.
